HG Studio
A small AI robot, with a whole studio working behind it.
HG Studio is a one-person studio in Vietnam. We are building a little voice robot you can talk to — and, behind it, an automated AI pipeline that actually gets creative work done.
The robot early prototype
The robot is the part you see and talk to: a small desk companion with a microphone, a speaker and a screen. Today it is a prototype built on an off-the-shelf ESP32-S3 voice box running open-source firmware, already holding spoken conversations in Vietnamese.
What we are working on now:
- An original 3D-printed body and character, with the screen as the robot's glowing core.
- Its own face and expressions on the display.
- Connecting it to the pipeline below, so you can ask it what is being made, listen to a result and approve it by voice.
The engine behind it running today
The robot is only the ears, voice and eyes. The work is done by an automated production pipeline that runs in the cloud with no computer left on at home. Its first job is producing children's music videos for our YouTube channel, EriBop.
Generate
A queue on Cloudflare Workers sends each shot to a video model, tracks it and files the result to cloud storage.
Assemble
GitHub Actions cuts the episode to the music, aligns sing-along lyrics to the vocal track, exports Full HD and runs automated checks before anyone sees it.
Review
A phone page with two human gates per episode: the short brief, and the finished cut. Nothing is published without the second tap.
Publish
An approved cut is uploaded and scheduled to YouTube automatically, into the next free slot.
How we use Claude
Claude Code built this pipeline and currently acts as its production brain: it writes the song stories, shot lists and generation prompts, and rewrites them from review notes. The next step is moving that brain into the cloud pipeline through the Claude API, so the studio runs every day and the robot becomes the way to talk to it.
